This beautiful 1,460 sq. ft. condo has everything you need. It sleeps 6 in beds very comfortably and has a futon sleeper (full) and a lounge chaise (twin) in the loft area for extra guests. Both the futon sleeper and lounge chaise can be converted into comfortable beds; just let us know when booking so that our housekeeper can have it ready for you. Maximum occupancy including pulled out futon sofa and lounge chaise is 8 (-9).
The Snowfire complex is a short walk to the ski/biking area (about 2 blocks) or you can take the Angel Fire shuttle service with a stop right at the building (during ski season only).
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The huge loft is equipped with two twin beds, a futon and a lounge chaise. Both, futon (full size) and lounge chaise (twin size) can be pulled out as comfortable sleepers per your request (please specify when booking).
You'll have a great view of the ski/bike area from the private balcony off the master suite. You'll find a small table and two chairs there.
The condo has 2 full bathrooms on the main floor (completely renovated in fall of 2015), a fully equipped kitchen, and new dining and living room furniture (fall 2015). The living room area has a cozy electric fireplace which is a great feature after a long day in the outdoors. A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience and you'll find a small supply of detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.
Enjoy your evenings in front of the 50 in. flat screen TV or surf the Internet with the complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. There are some games, puzzles, and books (adult/children) stored in the sideboard underneath the TV.
This is a third floor condo (no elevator) and there are no units above you.
The Snowfire complex has a private ground level ski locker inside the heated entrance area. Ski locker 307B is the first one on your right when entering the entrance area. We have free off-street parking right at the building.
We bought this condo in November of 2013 and have been slowly bringing it up to date. This is what we have been doing so far: Winter 2013/2014: new bed linens, towels, small appliances, kitchen utensils, a game table with 6 chairs in the loft, and a new electric fireplace has been installed in place of the old gas fireplace. Summer 2015: new washer & dryer, gold filter coffee machine, crock pot, waffle maker, blender, pots and pans, and complete remodeling of both bathrooms. Winter 2015/2016: new futon sleeper and lounge chaise for loft area, new living room couch set, new dining room set, new fans for living room and loft area), replacement of the old light fixtures in living room, dining area, and hallway. Spring 2016: Fresh coat of paint in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, loft area, and kitchen. New outlets and light switches, new fridge and flooring in kitchen. New baseboard heaters in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and loft. New curtains with fixtures in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and loft. New outlets, light switches in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, loft, and kitchen. New thermostats in master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
